What being a BMP rep is and why you should be one!

My Senior Rep Team is a group of outgoing, kind, and motivated seniors who represent my photography brand throughout their senior year. It’s so much more than just photos— it’s about building friendships, creating unforgettable memories, and celebrating this once-in-a-lifetime season together.

As a rep, you’ll get exclusive shoots, fun group sessions, first access to new ideas and styled concepts, and a team of girls who are cheering each other on all year long. You’ll share your photos and experiences on social media, invite your friends to book their own sessions, and help spread the word about what makes this experience so special.

If you love being in front of the camera, hyping up your friends, and being part of something bigger than just a photoshoot — this is for you!

What's included

What you will get out of being a BMP Senior Rep

This is a curated, full-year experience designed to celebrate your senior season with intention and style.

Three Individual Portrait Sessions

• Senior Signature — Summer/Fall casual session
• Senior Essential — Cap & Gown + College Tee session
• Senior Classic — An additional creative session of your choice

If your high school is outside of my standard service area, one session at your school is included without a travel fee. Any additional out-of-range sessions may include a travel fee.

Two Styled Group Sessions

• One in June or July before the school year starts
• One in April or May at the end of the school year
• Both may be up to two hours with multiple locations and curated concepts

Additional group session opportunities may be offered throughout the year at no extra cost!!

Heirloom Album Collection ($80)

Your senior year deserves more than a screen. This custom-designed, archival-quality album tells the story of your final year at home— beautifully bound and crafted to be held, shared, and passed down for generations.

Senior Besties Portrait Experience ($200)

Friendships formed in this season are once-in-a-lifetime. This is a one hour session designed to celebrate that bond, whether it’s just you and one best friend or a small group of your closest friends, capturing this season before graduation carries you in new directions.

Family Portrait Experience (30% off regular pricing)

Senior year is not only a milestone for you, but for your family as well. This dedicated session captures the pride, the support, and the love that has shaped your journey to this moment.

Exclusive Event Coverage (30% off regular pricing)

BMP Senior Reps receive preferred pricing for Prom and Homecoming — ensuring the excitement, anticipation, and celebration of these unforgettable nights are documented with intention.

College Portrait Experience ($150)

Celebrate the next chapter with a portrait session on the campus you will soon call home. Travel rates may apply depending on location.

Additional Portrait Session (30% off)

Add an additional portrait session to capture even more moments from your senior year, whether for a new season, creative concept, or special milestone.

Expectations

What you are expected to do as a BMp Senior Rep

As a member of this exclusive team, you will:

• Attend two styled group sessions and three individual sessions to capture your senior milestones.
• Post at least once per month for Senior Sunday, tagging BMP to share your portraits.
• Share favorite images from each session, representing Baylee Mulford Photography to all of your friends.

Parent/Guardian Agreement

What your parent/guardian needs to know

Once your application is submitted, it is important that your parent or guardian monitors their email for correspondence from BMP.

If you are selected, they will receive details outlining the terms of participation for the BMP Senior Rep Team. Agreement to these terms is required for membership and ensures a seamless, professional experience for both students and families.

Investment

The price of being a BMP Senior Rep

The full value of the BMP Senior Rep Experience, including three individual portrait sessions and two styled group sessions, exceeds $2,800.

As a selected member of the BMP Senior Rep Team, your investment is $1,000 for the full-year experience.

This reflects significant savings while maintaining the quality, intention, and elevated service that define the BMP experience.

A $500 retainer is due at the first group session to secure your place on the team. The remaining balance may be paid in flexible installments and must be completed by April 1, 2027.

BMP Senior Rep Team

When/how you will find out if you are apart of the team

Applications for the BMP Senior Rep Team close on May 1, 2026.

Selected applicants’ parents or guardians will be contacted on May 7, 2026 with participation details and required agreements. A response must be received by May 21, 2026 in order to secure your place on the team.

Once parent or guardian approval is confirmed, you will receive a text message with next steps and additional information.

The official BMP Senior Rep Team will be announced prior to June 2026.
