What is a rep team?
A rep team is a way to increase word-of-mouth marketing with a small group of seniors who represent my brand throughout the year. Reps get exclusive sessions, group shoots, and fun experiences while sharing their photos and helping spread the word!
How how many reps will be chosen?
I had around 30 girls apply last year. Currently, I have 6 rep team girls, but I do not have a set number. However, I am looking to take 5-10 girls.
How are reps selected?
Reps are chosen based on personality, involvement, enthusiasm, social media activity, and overall fit with my brand.
Do I need a large social media following?
No! I’m looking for reps who are excited, engaged, and willing to share, not just follower count.
What happens if I don’t stay active or responsive?
Reps are expected to respond to messages within 24-48 hours, especially regarding scheduling and important updates. Strong communication helps everything run smoothly and ensures you don’t miss out on opportunities! If expectations aren’t met (including communication and participation), you may be removed from the team so spots can be given to those who are fully committed.
